Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Voucher

We partner with Animal Medical Center of Emmett to help reduce Gem County's feral cat population.

How it works: If you would like to spay or neuter a feral cat, come to our office during business hours and purchase a voucher. Call Animal Medical Center of Emmett to schedule the procedure. Take the cat (in a trap) and the voucher to your appointment. Follow the vet's instructions to return the cat to its home territory. It's as easy as that!

(We loan out our traps for a $75 refundable deposit.)

As you may know, $35 does not cover the entire cost of a feline spay/neuter surgery. PAL and Animal Medical Center of Emmett have partnered to provide this discounted voucher as a service to Gem County. The goal is to reduce the feral cat population.

If you would like to assist with the cost PAL incurs for each voucher-sponsored spay/neuter surgery , please click the Donate button below and select Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Vouchers from the dropdown menu.
